Dyslexia is a common thread amongst world leaders in just about every field. It is also one of the most common learning difficulties for NZ children as they face each school day. People who have overcome these difficulties and utilised the inherent gift of dyslexia include New Zealanders John Britten (designer/engineer) and Richard Taylor (Academy Award winner from Weta Workshop). Other famous dyslexics include Trust Patron Mackenzie Thorpe, Leonardo da Vinci, Walt Disney, Albert Einstein, Robin Williams, Richard Branson, Winston Churchill and many more
